    Ontario Courts

    The Ontario Court of Justice is the largest court in Canada and hears approximately 590,000 criminal charges, millions of provincial offences and serve 25,000 families in crisis annually. As Ontario’s youth justice system holds young people, between the ages of 12 to 17 at the time of the offence, responsible for their actions, a Youth Court has been established as part of the Ontario Court of Justice at 311 Jarvis Street in the City of Toronto.

    Art for Children and Youth

    Working with community partners, Art for Children and Youth (AFCY) provides opportunities for children and youth in under-resourced communities and schools to engage meaningfully and actively in hands-on, high quality arts education. AFCY positions arts programs in schools and neighbourhood venues as a means of building community, and empowering marginalized children and youth to reach their full potential as artists and social contributors.
